Welcome To ICECER 2024

Due to many requests, the paper submission deadline has been extended to 13 September.

The conference will be hybrid mode. Authors can present their papers physically or online.

The International Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering Researches (ICECER) is a premier global forum that brings together leading researchers, academics, engineers, and practitioners in the field of electrical and computer engineering. This annual event serves as a platform for the exchange of cutting-edge research findings, innovative ideas, and technological advancements in a wide range of topics, including but not limited to power systems, control systems, communications, signal processing, computer networks, and artificial intelligence. ICECER provides a unique opportunity for participants to engage in collaborative discussions, share their expertise, and explore the latest trends and challenges shaping the future of electrical and computer engineering researches on an international scale. With keynote speakers, paper presentations, and interactive sessions, ICECER fosters a dynamic and inclusive environment, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and fostering the growth of the global electrical and computer engineering community.
All submissions will be subject to double-blind reviews and accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. And also the accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the Scopus for indexing.

Botswana is a country in southern Africa that is known for its breathtaking natural beauty and diverse wildlife. The country is home to several national parks and reserves, including the Chobe National Park and the Okavango Delta.

The Chobe National Park is located in the Okavango Delta and is home to a variety of wildlife, including around 120,000 elephants. The park is also known for its sundown river cruises, which offer a unique way to view the park’s vast herds of animals.

The Okavango Delta is a unique safari destination that is created by the Okavango River cutting through the center of the Kalahari Desert. The delta is home to a huge variety of birds and animals, and every year the delta floods cover over 6,175 square miles. Visitors can view much of the wildlife from a traditional canoe, or mokoro, and there are numerous lodges and luxury safari camps available.

Another highlight of Botswana is the Tsodilo Hills, which is a spiritual outdoor art gallery showcasing more than 4,000 ancient San Bushmen rock paintings. The hills are believed to be the site of the first creation of man and a resting place for spirits of the dead. Visitors can hike the three main hills with the assistance of local guides and there is a basic campsite and a small but informative museum on site.

Botswana is a must-visit destination for nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts alike.
